Barwon Health in Geelong seeks a Grade 2 Night Shift Radiographer/MIT to perform X-ray, Theatre and CT imaging during overnight hours. You will work within a 24/7 roster alongside one other radiographer, delivering high-quality images while upholding ALARA and patient safety.

Registration with AHPRA, a Victorian licence, and ASMIRT-recognised qualification are essential. The role offers ongoing development and exposure to cutting-edge imaging technologies.

Qualificações

• Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.
• Valid Victorian Radiation Use Licence.
• ASMIRT-recognised tertiary qualification.
• Advanced specialist expertise in at least one modality (CT, MRI, DSA/Angiography, or PACS).
• Ability to produce high quality images with ALARA principles across trauma and paediatrics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform night shift X-ray, Theatre and CT imaging during 24/7 service.
• Independently operate diagnostic imaging equipment and IT systems.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and correct imaging presentation.
• Escalate faults to senior modality staff and vendors after hours.
• Collaborate with referrers, radiologists and night staff for timely care.
