Opal HealthCare is seeking a caring Casual Night Shift Personal Care Worker for Camberwell Gables Care Community in Melbourne. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and work with a team to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support Ageing or equivalent qualification.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete Pre-employment medical
• Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Observe, report and respond to changes in residents' wellbeing.
• Support a safe, clean and comfortable living environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver exceptional care.
