Opal HealthCare, a leading private aged care provider, is seeking caring Casual Night Duty Personal Care Workers for Camberwell Gables Care Community in Melbourne. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities and help residents maintain independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to support older people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

We're looking for caring and dedicated Casual Night Shift Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
