Job summary

Join Catholic Healthcare at Bodington, Wentworth Falls for night-duty Personal Care Assistant roles. This permanent part-time/casual position offers shifts 21:30–07:00, with a rotating pattern: Week 1 (Tue, Thu, Fri) and Week 2 (Sun, Tue, Thu).

You’ll provide compassionate personal care and support residents with daily living activities while working with a clinical team. Offered at $38 per hour plus superannuation and NFP salary packaging benefits, with additional casual loading where

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Recent experience as a PCA in Aged Care is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo Police Check and NDIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Support residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagement.
• Build genuine connections with residents and families.
• Work closely with clinical team to deliver personalised care plans.
• Keep accurate documentation and contribute to a safe, positive environment.
