Job summary

Kinrise is a fast-paced, privately owned Australian food manufacturer seeking an Electrician or Industrial Electrician to join our night-shift maintenance team. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated packaging and processing equipment, and work across electrical and mechanical fault-finding.

Ideal candidates will hold an unrestricted Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence, have PLC/automation experience, and a background in FMCG environments.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.
• Strong fault-finding on electrical controls, sensors, relays and field devices.
• Experience programming/configuring VFDs/drives and HMIs/PLC-based systems.
• Background with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Solid understanding of industrial controls and automation in FMCG settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults on high-speed automated equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment audits on night shift.
• Proactively identify downtime causes and implement reliability improvements.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations to ensure safe, efficient production.
