Randstad in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Hooklift Driver for a permanent night shift role based at Keysborough. You will operate modern hooklift trucks, servicing commercial and industrial clients while contributing to a safe, efficient depot operation.

Applicants must have a valid HR licence with proven hooklift experience, be available for night shifts, and demonstrate strong safety and reliability. Competitive pay negotiable by experience.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and valid HR licence with a clean driving record.
Proven, hands-on experience operating hooklift systems.
Available and committed to night-shift work.
Strong commitment to safety, compliance and zero-harm practices.
Physically fit for manual tasks and heavy vehicle work.
Reliable with excellent time management and ability to work alone overnight.

Responsibilities

Safely operate HR hooklift trucks to deliver, swap, and remove large waste bins.
Run scheduled night-shift routes across Melbourne/Keysborough region.
Ensure loads are secured, tarped if needed, and compliant with CoR and heavy-vehicle rules.
Perform pre-start and post-shift inspections; report safety issues.
Complete run sheets, digital logbooks and tipping dockets accurately.
Adhere to site safety rules and traffic management protocols.
