You will deliver essential administrative assistance after hours, ensuring smooth patient and staff services while adapting to changing priorities with initiative and care.

Qualifications

• Must have current work rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
• Evening and overnight shift availability is required
• Casual employment with up to 38 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across Inpatient Units during evening and overnight periods.
• Support patients, staff and clinical teams with professional and compassionate service.
• Manage changing priorities and use initiative to complete tasks.
• Ensure hospital services remain organized, connected and supported 7 days a week.
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment
