Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an Indoor Delivery Officer to support parcel movement through our network. Working in a fast-paced warehouse, you will load, sort and prepare parcels for dispatch on the dock, while maintaining safety and efficiency across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Be physically capable of lifting and moving parcels up to 16 kg.
• Able to stay accurate in a busy warehouse environment.
• Clear communication and proactive teamwork are essential.
• Experience with pallet jacks or stackers is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load parcels and mail into trailers and ULDs.
• Dock operations: receive, sort and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Weigh and process ULDs per requirements.
• Set up the dock and work areas for daily operations.
• Stage and load parcels safely as part of a team.
• Operate pallet jacks and stackers where needed.
• Prioritise safety, teamwork and efficiency.
