Job summary

Constant Security Services Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking experienced Patrol Security Officers for overnight shifts. You’ll operate across multiple client sites performing mobile patrols, alarm responses, site inspections, and incident management while maintaining a strong visible security presence.

You’ll deliver professional customer service, complete accurate reports, and liaise with emergency services and clients.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory).
• Current Driver Licence with a clean driving record.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Conducting scheduled mobile patrols across different sites.
• Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency callouts in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing lock-up and unlock services for client premises.
• Completing site inspections and identifying security risks or hazards.
• Maintaining accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift updates using reporting systems.
• Liaising with emergency services, clients, and internal operations teams when required.
• Providing a strong and visible security presence to deter unlawful activity.
• Delivering professional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Following company procedures and compliance requirements at all times.
