Job summary

Baker Bleu in Melbourne is seeking experienced pickers/packers to join our team. Shifts start from 9pm and pay above award rates; you will pack goods securely and help ensure timely deliveries to our stores.

Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, have bakery or packing experience, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Join a growing, friendly team and share our passion for real bread.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Previous exposure to pick/packing, ideally night shift.
• Bakery or related industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare products for dispatch, ensuring all items are packed correctly and securely, while conducting quality checks.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate packing & deliveries and ensure smooth operations.
• Complete adhoc tasks to ensure packing/dispatch area is tidy, clean, and well stocked.

About the roles

We are seeking experienced pickers/packers to join our team – working a spread of days, with shifts starting from 9pm. These roles are crucial in ensuring our goods are packed correctly and reach our stores on time, in excellent condition, and with minimal picking errors. If you are reliable, safety-conscious, take pride in your work, and have a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you!
