Job summary

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations, supervise the Night Auditor and ensure outstanding guest experiences through the night. You will work with the Rooms Division team to maintain high standards and safety, delivering a seamless service around the clock.

The role requires proven Front Office leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest issues, with full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel Front Office environment.
• Experience as a Night Manager, Assistant Manager or capable Night Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly hotel operations and ensure guest service standards during the night shift.
• Lead the Night Auditor and support the Night team to complete nightly processes.
• Conduct night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and handle emergencies.
