Job summary

EVT Group is seeking a Night Audit Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations, maintain security, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will lead the night team, coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance, and complete accurate night audits with proper reconciliation.

You’ll bring front office leadership, strong service orientation, and solid knowledge of PMS and hotel systems. This role is onsite with a focus on safety and seamless operations in a dynamic hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or overnight hotel operations acting as the manager on duty.
• Strong guest service capability, with expertise in anticipating needs and resolving issues with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
• Highly proficient in front office systems, night audit processes, and hotel property management software.
• Experienced in accurate financial reconciliation, including posting revenue, balancing payments, and identifying discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring security, service standards, and smooth departmental coordination.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including check-ins/outs, responding to concerns, and ensuring all requests are actioned and followed through.
• Complete the night audit process accurately, ensuring all revenue and payments are posted, balanced, and supported with correct documentation.
• Supervise night team members, maintaining communication, performance standards, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms and guest needs are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Maintain operational readiness by completing opening/closing duties, protecting equipment, and supporting other departments when required.
