Job summary

Pullman Adelaide is seeking dedicated team members to welcome guests during overnight hours, combining exceptional service with operational support for a seamless overnight experience. The role spans guest reception, luggage handling, valet parking, and in-room dining duties, with housekeeping tasks as needed.

The position emphasizes independent work, safety, and strong communication, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction during the night shift and contributing to a smooth 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar hospitality or customer service environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Computer literacy with familiarity in PMS systems (desirable).
• Valid Full Driver’s License (desirable).
• RSA certification; RP highly regarded.
• First Aid & CPR certification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Service and clean public areas and guest rooms as required.
• Audit vacant inspected rooms.
• Welcome and assist guests at the entrance.
• Handle guest baggage to and from rooms.
• Coordinate guest and uniform dry-cleaning services.
• Drive passenger vehicles and manage valet parking charges and key storage.
• Prepare and cook overnight menu orders; deliver in-room dining and provide waiting duties.
• Update digital screens with daily hotel activities; enter wake-up calls and update reports; assist with loyalty points reporting.

Join our team and be the welcoming face of Pullman Adelaide during the quiet hours! This role combines guest service excellence with operational support to ensure a seamless overnight experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operational Support:

• Service and clean public areas and guest rooms as required.
• Audit vacant inspected rooms.
• Perform cleaning duties

Guest Experience:

• Welcome and assist guests at the entrance.
• Handle guest baggage to and from rooms.
• Coordinate guest and uniform dry-cleaning services.

Valet & Transport:

• Drive passenger vehicles and perform valet parking duties.
• Post and reconcile valet parking charges and manage key storage.

Food & Beverage:

• Prepare and cook overnight menu orders.
• Deliver in-room dining orders and provide general waiting duties.

Administrative Tasks:

• Update digital screens with daily hotel activities.
• Enter wake-up calls and update reports.
• Assist with loyalty points reporting and reconciliation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar hospitality or customer service environment.
• Fluent verbal English and strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy; experience with PMS systems is desirable.
• Valid Full Driver’s License (desirable).
• RSA certification; RP highly regarded.
• First Aid & CPR certification (desirable).
• Australian National Police and Working with Vulnerable People clearance is mandatory for selected candidates.
