Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional service during overnight shifts, ensuring guests have a safe, seamless, and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries during night shifts
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism
  • Monitor hotel security and safety, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff
  • Maintain accurate night audit and reporting procedures
  • Assist with administrative duties and reservations as required
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly, and guest-focused approach
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience an advantage)
