Pro-invest Group is seeking a Night Manager for the Holiday Inn Express Newcastle, Newcastle NSW. You will lead the night-front office team and oversee daily operations to deliver flawless service at every guest touchpoint.

The role requires prior hotel management experience, strong leadership under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a boutique property. Full-time, 38 hours per week, with a salary in the upper-70k AUD range.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with front office hotel leadership/management essential.
• Proven ability to lead a guest-focused night team and manage nightly operations.
• Demonstrated capacity to drive service standards and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a service-focused night team across all front desk operations.
• Develop staff through inductions, training, delegation, and feedback.
• Communicate standards, policies, and hotel information clearly and consistently.
• Oversee cash handling, payments, and the PMS system, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Manage a 24/7 operation with varied rosters including nights and holidays.
