Job summary

Guzman Y Gomez on the Gold Coast is seeking friendly Crew members to greet customers, take orders, and help with food prep. You’ll rotate through roles across shifts, from Drive-Thru to Dine In, learning busy restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fast-paced environments is helpful but not essential.
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• A can-do attitude and reliability in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders across Drive-Thru, Dine In or Takeaway.
• Assist with basic food prep, burrito rolling and stock replenishment.
• Maintain clean tables and dining areas; learn multiple roles within the team.
