Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking enthusiastic Crew members to join our front-line team in Sydney. You’ll greet customers, take orders, roll burritos and help with basic food preparation during busy shifts, while learning other roles across the team.

Experience in hospitality is helpful but not required. A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are valued as we celebrate Mexican culture and provide great service with fresh local ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast-paced environments is helpful but not essential.
• Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Roll burritos and assist in food prep.
• Restock fridges and wipe tables.
• Learn other roles across the team
