The Role

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner to become part of our team at a vibrant retail location. This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

Full-time Positions Available. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 22:24 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Floor scrubbing/buffing (use of machinery)
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You

• Cleaning Experience and good understanding of cleaning chemicals, solutions, equipment and tools required to clean floors and common areas.
• Mature-minded, with a clear understanding of the conditions and challenges this role presents, and a proactive attitude toward getting the job done.
• Must be fit and prepared to be active as this is a high foot traffic shopping center and standards are very high as well as expectations.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Operate waste compactors
• Work in dock environments
• Work in confined spaces (e.g. goods lifts)
• Sweeping and mopping
• Rubbish collection, move heavy bins
• Dusting of all hard surfaces
