Job summary

Kingfisher House Care Home, part of the Care Concern Group, is seeking a care assistant to support residents with daily living and wellbeing. You will follow care plans, assist with personal care and mobility, and contribute to a respectful, supportive atmosphere.

Experience is beneficial but not essential; full training and development are provided to support your journey in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Contribute to a warm, supportive environment and ongoing development.
