Job summary

Manly Pacific MGallery Collection is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor for a part-time overnight role from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will oversee overnight operations, assist guests, and ensure accurate end-of-day reporting while maintaining security and guest safety.

The ideal candidate brings front office or hotel experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced coastal setting. Working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and assist guests with enquiries and overnight concerns.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Complete the night audit process and reconcile daily transactions across all revenue centres.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, and incident reports for management.
• Conduct property security checks and manage after-hours access.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to the morning Front Office team.
