Due to growth within our Dealership, we are seeking a NEW Vehicle Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with a successful sales record who has leadership aspirations.

Based in Wantirna South and reporting to the Sales Manager, your role will be to provide our customers with the experience & care that they have learned to expect from the CD Motor Group team.

Alongside selling our vehicle stock, we will also require you to work closely with the Sales Manager with implementing prospecting & marketing activities, attend to customer enquiries, champion our sales process & ensure our facilities exceed our customer's expectations.

To Be Considered for This Role You MUST:

· Be an experienced salesperson, with a successful sales record

· Be available to work a five-day week which must include Saturday

· Be ambitious, customer focused & team orientated

· Lead by example with a can-do attitude

· Possess excellent communication & negotiation skills

· Have a proven ability to build rapport & foster successful relationships

· Maintain a positive work ethic alongside reliability & punctuality

· Hold a current manual driver’s licence

· Provide a Police Records Check that is not more than six-months old
