Job summary

Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic in Joyner, QLD, is seeking a recent graduate physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team and build confidence through a varied caseload from day one.

You’ll work with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, psychologists and more, with access to an on-site consult room and exercise-based rehab integration. Rotations into hydrotherapy/pilates and community visits may occur.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree completed or nearing completion (2025–2027).
• AHPRA general registration or eligibility before start date.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Treat musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries.
• Provide functional rehabilitation and pre/post-surgical presentations.
• Work with older adults on balance, mobility and falls prevention.
• Support WorkCover and compensable clients.
• Work with NDIS and Home Care Package participants.
• Treat DVA and private clients.
• Deliver hydrotherapy (optional), pilates and exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Provide clinic-based and home visits.
• Develop a specialty area over time in paediatrics, neurological or musculoskeletal focus areas.

Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic – Joyner QLD

This role offers a broad, varied caseload from day one, with the structure and support to grow your confidence and clinical reasoning at a steady pace. Day to day, you'll work alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, psychologists, remedial massage therapists and allied health assistants. Our Jetts partnership gives JVH a dedicated consult room on the gym floor, so patients move easily from treatment into exercise-based rehab in one place.

Key responsibilities

Treat musculoskeletal conditions, including sports and overuse injuries

Provide functional rehabilitation and pre and post-surgical presentations

Work with older adults on balance, mobility and falls prevention

Support WorkCover and compensable clients

About you

About us

Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary allied health practice that has recently moved into a brand new clinic within the Joyner Central Shopping Centre precinct on Brisbane's north side.

The precinct is being developed as a one stop shop for health and wellness, bringing allied health, fitness and everyday services together in one location. Our active partnership with Jetts sits at the centre of this, with more local health, wellness and sporting partnerships coming on board as the precinct grows.

Our team covers physiotherapy, women's health physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, clinical neuropsychology, paediatrics, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, pilates and remedial massage, alongside group classes and home, mobile and remote visits.

We provide services through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages, WorkCover and CTP, with private health rebates available on site through HICAPS.

Patients are cared for by a coordinated team with established referral pathways between disciplines and close partnerships with GPs and allied health colleagues across the Moreton Bay region.

Base salary of $90,000+ plus superannuation

No weekends and no late-night rosters

45-minute initial consultations while you're starting out, paid paperwork time every day, and genuine admin and clinical support

Weekly Clinical Support Meetings with our Principal Physiotherapist (12+ years in private practice), covering case discussion and professional development, hands on training and upskilling

On-site admin support for DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare and other claims

Work vehicles for home and community visits +/- paid travel

Career progression pathways into Senior Physiotherapist or Clinic Lead roles
