The 11-month program includes orientation, supervision, and access to ongoing professional development, supported by clinical nurse educators and mentors. Shifts cover days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Registered or enrolled nurse with less than 12 months of clinical experience in an acute healthcare facility.
• Opportunities for orientation, onboarding and mentorship within the New Practitioner Program.

Responsibilities

• Join St Lukes ward in the SVPHT New Practitioner Program as a 0.8FTE permanent position.
