Job summary

Bella QLD Properties in Queensland is seeking a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers from initial inquiry through to handover, delivering a standout customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and present home designs and upgrades.

You will conduct display home tours, manage leads, prepare proposals and contracts, and liaise with estimating, drafting and construction teams to ensure a smooth journey for every client.
