Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs + offering tailored Dual Occ solutions
- Manage high-volume digital enquiry and following up leads with urgency and care
- Conduct suitability analysis of property and blocks for Dual Occ development
- Promote Metricon’s land access opportunities across key growth corridors in Victoria
- Consistently achieving and exceeding contract targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the building journey
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts including land agents, developers, brokers, and local influencers.

The successful candidate will have
- Proven sales success (new home or Dual Occ sales experience highly regarded)
- Strong selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities
- Goal-oriented with a passion for performance
- Professional and proactive approach to customer engagement
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Strong time management and CRM discipline
- Confidence using a variety of digital tools and sales systems; and
- A can-do attitude and team-first mindset.
