The role provides weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced Senior SP, a structured onboarding, and a generous professional development allowance. Hybrid working is available for non-client tasks.

• Diverse Caseload: Work with both NDIS and private clients across the lifespan, starting with a 70/30 split favouring paediatrics while you build confidence and capability. Clinical areas include:
  
  • Speech disorders (articulation, phonology, dyspraxia, dysarthria)
  • Language and communication impairments
  • Rehabilitation for acquired/neurological conditions
  • Literacy and numeracy development
  • Swallowing and eating challenges
  • Voice therapy (including LSVT, ENT/professional voice)
  • Complex needs (e.g., Autism with co-occurring ADHD, OCD, or BP)
• Supportive Work Environment:
  
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (30+ years' experience)
  • Gradual increase of Caeload over 6 months from when you start
  • Workshadowing opportunties in your first few months

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000, with opportunity to earn up to $160,000+ via the bonus scheme
