Valens Care Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Full-time New Graduate Physiotherapist to join our supportive team across the Brisbane region.
You will provide evidence-based physiotherapy to older adults in community settings, with mentoring and structured onboarding, allowing gradual caseload growth while enjoying flexible hours and administration support.
Based in Brisbane, servicing the Brisbane region and surrounding communities.
At Valens Care, we believe great allied health starts with supporting great clinicians.
We are a growing provider of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Podiatry services across South East Queensland. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while creating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported and trusted.
As demand for our Physiotherapy services continues to grow, we are looking for Physiotherapists who enjoy working independently in the community while being backed by a genuinely supportive multidisciplinary team.
We prioritise quality client care and sustainable workloads, allowing clinicians adequate time for assessments, documentation and travel.
Whether you are an experienced clinician seeking flexibility and autonomy, or a new graduate looking for mentorship and structured support, we would love to hear from you.

Growing organisation with long-term career opportunities
Start your Physiotherapy career with the right support, confidence and opportunities to grow.
We understand that transitioning from university into clinical practice can be both exciting and challenging. At Valens Care, we aim to make that transition as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Unlike traditional clinic-based roles, our community Physiotherapists enjoy a diverse caseload, greater autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' everyday lives.
We offer:
Structured onboarding and mentoring – Build your clinical confidence with guidance from experienced Physiotherapists and ongoing opportunities to ask questions, discuss cases and develop your skills.
A gradual transition into your caseload – We understand that confidence and efficiency develop with experience. You'll be supported as you build towards a full caseload at a manageable pace.
Variety in your clinical experience – Develop skills across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, falls prevention, mobility, pain management and aged care.
Autonomy with support when you need it – Enjoy the independence of community-based Physiotherapy while having an experienced team to turn to for clinical advice and guidance.
Dedicated administration support – Our administration team assists with appointment scheduling, referrals and invoicing, allowing you to focus on providing quality care.
Real opportunities for career progression – As a growing organisation, we offer opportunities to develop clinical special interests, take on leadership responsibilities and progress professionally.
Our goal is simple: to help you become a confident, capable and well-rounded Physiotherapist, while enjoying the work you do. There is no expectation to manage a full caseload from day one – we support new graduates to build their confidence and caseload progressively.
You will work with a varied community caseload providing evidence-based Physiotherapy services to older adults across the Brisbane region.
Your responsibilities may include:
Musculoskeletal, neurological and mobility assessments
