Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd is supporting a growing paediatric clinic in Melbourne to recruit a New Graduate Occupational Therapist for paediatrics. The role focuses on a paediatric caseload and a supportive, well‑structured graduate program with supervision, therapy planning, and report writing.
The position offers a salary of AU$80,000–AU$85,000, with targeted onboarding and ongoing professional development to help new graduates thrive and avoid burnout.
Our client operates a well-established multidisciplinary paediatric clinic supporting children and young people under 18. With a collaborative team of around 25 clinicians (Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Allied Health Assistants) plus a dedicated admin team, they’ve built a strong reputation over 10+ years for high-quality, family-centred care. They are seeking a New Graduate Speech Pathologist who is eager to learn, supported by structured supervision, team-based PD, and a culture that prioritises sustainability and wellbeing.
You will work with a paediatric NDIS caseload (typically ages 3–16) with presentations including ASD, mental health needs, and other neurological diagnoses.
