Job summary

Yarra Trams in Melbourne seeks a Manager, Network Events & Disruptions to lead planning for planned disruptions, major events and network readiness. You will oversee the Planned Disruptions and Network Readiness team, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure readiness and safe, reliable service delivery.

In this senior role you will provide governance and assurance, chair the Network Readiness Forum and drive accountability for readiness actions, risks and outcomes across the tram network.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, PM or Operations.
• Experience leading disruption planning and network readiness activities.
• Proven leadership in complex operational environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Risk management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned disruptions, major events and network readiness.
• Provide governance and operational oversight to readiness planning.
• Chair the Network Readiness Forum and drive accountability.
• Build relationships across operations, projects and external partners.
• Monitor performance and risks through reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to cross-functional coordination and readiness processes.
• Act as delegate for the Director, Network Events & Disruptions when required.
