Job summary

AECOM is shaping Australia and New Zealand's electricity networks by delivering major energy infrastructure projects. As Network Planning Leader, ANZ you will provide strategic leadership across network planning, power systems and grid integration, helping utilities, developers, and government solve complex challenges in transmission, distribution and storage.

Qualifications

Significant experience in power systems, transmission and distribution planning, network strategy or grid integration.
Strong understanding of electricity networks, energy markets and energy transition challenges.
Experience with utilities, regulators, renewable developers or major infrastructure clients.
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technical projects.

Responsibilities

Lead AECOM's Network Planning capability across Australia and New Zealand.
Partner with utilities, network operators, developers and government on strategic planning initiatives.
Provide technical leadership across transmission, distribution planning, power system studies and grid integration.
Shape long-term network investment strategies supporting decarbonisation and energy security.
Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex power systems and network planning projects.
Build trusted client relationships across energy markets and support market engagement and work-winning activities.
Mentor technical leaders and develop capabilities across Energy.
