Qualifications
- Experience supporting a 24/7 telecommunications network.
- Knowledge of the electrical power system and related operational telecommunications (desirable).
- Knowledge of a broad range of telecommunications technologies and supporting infrastructure.
- Field experience as a telecommunications technician (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Deliver new services and resolve network issues while providing excellent customer service.
- Be part of a small, skilled team operating a multi-technology telecommunications network.
- Possibly participate in an on-call roster outside business hours once competent.
