Job summary

Autopact is seeking an experienced Network Development & Group Projects Manager to join our head office in Mooloolaba, Queensland. You will manage OEM network development, growth opportunities and strategic projects across our growing Australian dealership group.

3–5+ years in automotive retail, strong project management skills, and the ability to travel to dealership sites will be highly valued. Competitive base salary plus super and a fully maintained company vehicle are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in automotive retail, ideally in network development, dealer operations, business development or an OEM-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience managing OEM relationships, applications, or facility/network and CI upgrade programs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM network development relationships, programs and funding opportunities.
• Prepare and submit EOIs, facility applications and network proposals.
• Identify and assess potential greenfield growth opportunities for the Group.
• Coordinate Corporate Identity (CI) upgrade programs across dealership sites.
• Lead and support group-wide projects from planning through to implementation.
• Coordinate and contribute to the monthly Group Stock Control Meeting cycle.
• Work closely with internal teams, OEM partners and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Balance OEM requirements with the Group’s operational, commercial and financial objectives.

About the Role

Autopact is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Network Development & Group Projects Manager to join our team on a full-time basis based at our Head Office in Mooloolaba, Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship between our dealer group and OEM partners across network development, growth opportunities and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OEM network development relationships, programs and funding opportunities.
• Prepare and submit EOIs, facility applications and network proposals.
• Identify and assess potential greenfield growth opportunities for the Group.
• Coordinate Corporate Identity (CI) upgrade programs across dealership sites.

The Individual

3–5+ years’ experience in automotive retail, ideally in network development, dealer operations, business development or an OEM-facing role.

Demonstrated experience managing OEM relationships, applications, or facility/network and Corporate Identity (CI) upgrade programs is highly regarded.

Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across a multi-site network.

Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to dealership sites as required.
