Job summary

FinXL Professional Services is seeking a Systems Support and Network Engineer to join our team full time, onsite in the CBD of Melbourne. The role involves workload migrations, incident resolution, and infrastructure support across servers, network devices, and storage.

You will collaborate with infrastructure architects, application and database teams on project designs, perform backup/restore, and maintain IT records and asset inventories. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• P-Series experience.
• Experience working on enterprise-sized clients’ critical services.
• Relevant migration experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Workload migrations.

• Provide solutions to technical requests and problems.
• In charge for devices end-to-end connectivity, auditing and device information.

• Documentation, physical equipment auditing and manage IT records and asset management and maintain inventory of work tools, equipment and devices

Salary will be between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
