Netflix Animation Studios in Sydney is hiring Lighting Artists of various experience levels for its next feature. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Sydney office.

You will handle lighting from early stages to final delivery and composite render layers in Nuke to support the cinematic look. Candidates should bring lighting experience in animation/VFX, a strong grasp of cinematography and storytelling, and proficiency with Katana or Houdini plus Nuke.

Location: Sydney, Australia
Contract and work arrangement: Full-time; hybrid with at least three days per week in the Sydney office. This is not a worldwide remote position.

What you will do

• Take shots from initial lighting through final delivery and adapt lighting rigs with leads and supervisors.

What the studio is looking for
