Job summary

Synechron in Sydney is seeking proactive, self-driven back-end engineers to join Client’s Home Loan Migration Programme. You will build and run a purpose-built migration engine.

It will move live home loan data from external company servers into Client’s operational systems through ETL, then reconcile every record to confirm the data is complete and accurate. Key responsibilities include building back-end ETL components in .NET Core with Temporal orchestrated workflows, extracting data from SAS,

Qualifications

• Strong back-end engineering in .NET Core / C#.
• Hands-on Temporal experience, or experience with a similar workflow orchestration tool.
• Proven data migration / ETL delivery experience, ideally with live, large-volume migrations.
• Strong SQL Server skills and experience with batch and API integrations.
• Solid data reconciliation and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build back-end ETL components in .NET Core, with Temporal-orchestrated migration workflows.
• Extract data from legacy sources (SAS, Salesforce, home-grown SQL Server) and load it into Client systems through batch files and APIs.
• Migrate customers, brokers, home loan accounts and statements, load data for Collections teams, and push documents to Documentum.
• Build automated reconciliation to confirm all data is loaded correctly.
• Support dry runs, cutover and go-live, working closely with BAs, testers and platform teams.
