Job summary

Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Staff Specialist in Nephrology at Lismore Base Hospital to deliver contemporary nephrology services and lead clinical care. Qualifications

• Registration eligibility with Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Nephrologist or via specialist international medical graduate pathways
• Recent clinical experience in Nephrology at appropriate service delineation
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide team leadership
• Effective clinical communication using information technology and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement
• Availability for on-call roster and to respond on site in a reasonable time
