Job summary

Community Access Care in Toowoomba is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help participants in SIL homes and the community live independently. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care and community access.

Shifts include afternoons, weekends and sleepovers. From $45.28/hr (with Certificate III). Perks include a branded uniform, career progression, EAP, salary packaging options and access to company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, reliable and flexible (must be able to work sleepovers).
• Strong documentation skills - Digital shift notes & Incident Reports.
• Certificate III preferred, not essential for the right candidate.
• Experience preferred.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)
• First Aid & CPR
• Valid Driver’s Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
• NDIS Worker Orientation & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Modules
• Working rights in Australia
