Job summary

St Louis Care in Victor Harbor and Aldinga is seeking an NDIS Support Worker who will support clients with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and community participation. You will work with Dementia Care Specialists to help clients enjoy their day in a person-centred, respectful environment.

The role requires a centre-grounded, flexible team player who can handle shifts including afternoons, nights, and school hours.

Qualifications

• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current Influenza vaccination
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
• Availability to work afternoon shifts, night duty and during school hours

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Meal preparation and meal planning
• Assist with activities, outings and community participation
• Domestic tasks and household duties as needed
