FlexiHome Care provides a wide range of in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client's needs and want. We provide our participant services beyond what is expected from us as we want to give them the best life they can achieve within our capability.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contribute information for the development of Customer support plans
  • Provide support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other support as required
  • Keep customer records up to date on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers and key stakeholders
  • Seek out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey with support and guidance from our growing Team
Requirements:
  • Completed Cert 3 or 4 in disability, Individual support, Aged Care, Nursing
  • Applicants with Valid License and Access to own vehicle will be prioritized (License and Comprehensive Insurance)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
  • At least 6 months experience in disability, aged care or nursing sector
  • Proof of Vaccination (COVID 19)
  • Working with Children's Check (or willing to apply)
