FITCare Support Services is seeking casual Support Workers to cover the Moreton Bay region in Queensland. You will deliver frontline supports aligned with NDIS plans, following policies and procedures while maintaining a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Experience not required but desirable.
• Casual positions across Moreton Bay region.
• Ability to follow Government Health directives and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provision of person-centered care.
• Assist participants with mobility, transportation and community access needs.
• Assist with communication and documentation.
• Assist with recreational activities and in-home care as required.
• Provide other support duties as directed.
