Job summary

ONE GOOD* DAY is seeking a Psychosocial Recovery Coach to work with people with psychosocial disability under the NDIS. The role involves direct service delivery and service coordination, helping clients understand funding options and set achievable goals.

The position offers part-time or full-time opportunities, with 0.8 FTE minimum, and a flexible mix of remote work and one office day per week at an office in Williamstown, SA. Experience in health or community services is valued.

Qualifications

• NDIS knowledge and experience in direct service delivery and/or service coordination.
• Experience in mental health services, case management, support coordination or care coordination.
• Qualifications across health, social work, disability, mental health, community services, or alcohol and other drugs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service delivery and coordination under the NDIS.
• Assist clients to understand funding options and plan goals.
• Coordinate supports across services to help clients achieve goals.
