Job summary

The TheirCare Plus team is seeking a dedicated manager to lead our disability and child-focused program at the Bulleen Heights site. You will oversee daily support for children with complex needs, design inclusive activities aligned with NDIS goals, and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services.
Background in person-centred active support and inclusive practice.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Must have or be working towards relevant qualification (Cert III+).

Responsibilities

Lead a team delivering daily support for children with complex needs.
Design and oversee inclusive programs aligned with NDIS goals.
Manage daily operations with emphasis on safety and quality.
Coach and develop staff through training and reflective practice.
Liaise with families, schools and stakeholders for individualised care.
Ensure accurate reporting in line with NDIS standards.
Create a fun and empowering environment for young people.
