Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a hybrid full-time role in Wollongong, NSW. You will conduct functional assessments, AT prescriptions, seating and home modification evaluations, and deliver therapies for both adults and children.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Functional Capacity & ADL assessments and AT equipment recommendations.
• Seating, positioning, and manual handling assessments.
• Home modification recommendations and housing-related assessments.
• Therapy interventions including fine/gross motor, sensory, and emotional regulation.
• Deliver both individual and group programs for adult and paediatric caseloads.
