Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to lead ILS across Offshore Patrol Vessels, Cape Class Patrol Boats and hydrographic ship lifecycles. This hybrid role sits with Defence and involves guiding a skilled team, developing LSA models, and balancing cost, capability and risk.

You will perform RCA/FMECA/LORA analyses, manage LSA data systems, mentor ILS engineers, and coordinate across clients and suppliers while travelling as required and pursuing security

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience within Defence Integrated Logistics environment, acquisition/development and sustainment.
• Experience working with Defence SAPS4HANA, MADe, eLESPRO, NAVALLOW and MCCAT databases.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at client, peer, supplier and senior leadership levels.
• Experience leading diverse teams and strong briefing/presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required and eligibility for Australian Defence Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LSA models balancing availability, capability, budget and risk.
• Conduct RCA, FMECA and LORA analyses to optimise support.
• Undertake maintenance and sparing optimisation.
• Monitor progress of ILS activities and report logistics issues to stakeholders.
• Manage Naval Logistics Information System LSA toolsets and data for MV SPO.
• Support Obsolescence Management processes.
• Develop and mentor MV CLCM program ILS Engineers.
