Job summary

Hinterland Children's Therapy is seeking an experienced paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our small, farm-based clinic near Guanaba, just minutes from Oxenford and Nerang. The role supports children aged 0–12 with a play-based, person-centred approach.

The position offers full-time or 4-days-per-week options with structured days, protected admin time, and a dedicated therapy space. Benefit from strong admin support, supervision funding, and a generous professional development allowance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
• Current Police Certificate and Working with Children Check.
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work with children aged 0–12, primarily NDIS-funded.
• Maintain a structured caseload with admin time.
• Collaborate with OT and physio colleagues on joint sessions.
