Job summary

Access Group Australia is seeking a General Manager to establish and scale a national Workforce Solutions Division. You will lead a cross‑industry program spanning labour hire, permanent recruitment, skilled migration and project staffing, backed by an established national footprint.

You will build scalable solutions, develop new service offerings, and drive partnerships with major Australian employers, achieving growth while maintaining strong governance and client relationships.

Qualifications

• You are a proven leader in workforce solutions, labour hire or industrial services.
• Track record of generating billings and delivering commercial results.
• Able to win work, grow accounts and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national workforce solutions strategy.
• Establish new service offerings, operating models and revenue streams.
• Build and lead a high-performing workforce solutions team.
• Develop enterprise partnerships with major Australian employers.
• Create innovative workforce models addressing labour and skills shortages.
• Drive mobility, mobilisation and project staffing initiatives.
• Oversee scalable workforce planning and managed service solutions.
