Job summary

Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management in sensitive or risk-aware environments.
Diplomacy, flexibility, and high situational awareness in delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead a national audit program assessing security compliance across a distributed retail network.
Drive site-level uplift initiatives, including security enhancements.
Coordinate network and infrastructure upgrades and translate requirements into outcomes.
Partner with enterprise tech teams and vendors for effective delivery.
Deliver a pilot program introducing new technology via hub-and-spoke deployment.
Manage downstream operational impacts across logistics and cash handling networks.
Provide governance and structure to a complex, evolving program environment.
