Job summary

Computing in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Security Architect to provide technical leadership across large-scale enterprise environments and influence strategic decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

You will partner with project and solution architects, deliver secure, scalable solutions, and embed secure practices across business platforms while developing security patterns aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, architecture, and consulting on major projects.
• Expertise in security architecture for large, distributed applications.
• Hands-on across IAM, vulnerability and key management, network security, and cyber defence.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CPS234, ACSC Essential 8, ISM and PSPF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project and solution architects to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Provide expert advice on security requirements, frameworks, and threat mitigation.
• Contribute to solution architecture deliverables from design to technical assurance.
• Engage stakeholders to shape security scope and embed secure practices.
