Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia in Brendale, QLD is seeking an experienced National Quality, Compliance and Risk Manager to lead audits, policy development and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Reporting to the National Manager - Clinical, Safeguarding & Quality, you will drive compliance with current sector standards and mandatory requirements, build safeguarding practices and embed a practical risk management framework across teams.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in auditing, compliance or policy development.
• Current knowledge of the NDIS, DHHS regulatory framework and its legislative requirements.
• Experience across audit, quality processes, risk management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit, Risk and Compliance: conduct internal audits, regular reports to business units, review tools and schedules, ensure operational compliance.
• Manage external audits and coordinate engagement of third parties.
• Policy development: review and develop company policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements.
• Training, mentoring and development of management and staff to ensure compliance and standards.
• Lead by example and promote ONCALL values and vision.
