Job summary

LeBros & Co is seeking an experienced Precision Ag Pilot Supervisor to lead our national team delivering agricultural drone operations across WA, SA, VIC, NSW and QLD. This hands-on supervisory role requires coordinating a regionally based crew while also fielding flights when needed.

A CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) is essential; a 25kg RPA CASA licence is preferred. Expect travel across regional Australia and a permanent, full-time position commencing October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience managing drone flight operations.
• Strong focus on safety and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor field staff.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions and manage remote pilots.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Precision Ag Pilots across multiple regions (WA, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD).
• Plan workloads, flight programs and grower jobs.
• Support pilots with flight planning and site assessments.
• Ensure CASA, company and client safety requirements are met.
• Monitor imagery quality and field data; perform QA checks.
• Provide training and practical support to field pilots.
